Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 21 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition

The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, outlet, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
