Dispatch Information
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
We ship from Melbourne, Victoria, If certain items are unavailable at our warehouse, they may be dispatched from our Melbourne store. In such cases, shipping times may vary slightly.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
* An incorrect address
* The parcel being unclaimed
A new shipping fee will apply for redelivery. Any return-to-sender fees or additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Made to Order
Select pieces within our collection are made to order, created exclusively for you once your purchase is placed. This considered approach allows us to minimise waste, honour ethical production, and ensure each garment is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail, rather than mass produced.
Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery from the date your order is placed for made-to-order pieces.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be dispatched once your custom piece is completed.
